The NewsGuild-CWA Legislative Victories Briefing

Members and leaders across the NewsGuild-CWA are fighting fearlessly to grow local journalism jobs and protect local news access in communities across the United States. We are using every tool in toolbox, to negotiating contracts, striking for our rights and pushing for strong pro-worker journalism legislation in our Statehouses and in Congress.

Join us on Tuesday July 23 at 8PM EST for a TNG-CWA Legislative Victory Briefing to learn more about the two recent TNG-CWA journalism legislative wins in New York State and Illinois and get updates on the ongoing fight to take on big tech and pass strong pro-journalist legislation in California.
