How We Won Our NYGuild Gannett Contract

NYGuild members at the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle struck for 19 days earlier this year, then went back in after Gannett dug in for the long haul. The company reverted on previously-agreed-to TAs. But our members kept up the pressure on Gannett, continued lunchtime pickets and kept bargaining.
